I'll have enough footage to make the DVD. Several groups here on the board have contacted me to get them involved and I'm in touch with groups that don't use the boards. You not being involved just takes away from your own promotion and prevents you from making money.

The groups involved are collecting cash and credits. What you guys seem not to realize is that I am willing to put 30% gross on the table for your revenue, and after production costs, legal fees and other costs, I myself am going to be making about 30%. I'm not making anymore than you guys. I'm taking a huge cut to put money in your pockets.

Being in contact with groups is different from recieving decent footage and having enough to make a DVD out of. I doubt this will go ahead even with a handful of groups.

cause when I buy a dvd, and trust me I have alot of hg dvds, I don't buy it to watch the footage in it, I buy it to look at the cover, to see the directors name, and most importantly buy it

Dude, its the groups that will be doing you the favour. Stop acting like just here to help out groups and make money for them because we all know that you're not.

I consider what I'm doing to be helping you guys out but of course you are also helping me out by making it possible to produce the DVD. I think some of you guys doubt that I'll do anything I can in my power to make you guys happy with the deal. You should see that I'm doing whatever I can do to make you guys feel confident in the deal.

I'd like to have you involved but I won't be doing cash up front. I'm expecting about 40 groups to submit footage so paying up front will make that extremely costly to start up the production.

But look at it this way, since certain people on this board do nothing but talk shit about the deal, if you went with the deal you would be getting a good % of that 30% because some people won't be sending in footage, which makes your portion of the royalties even better for you.

HAHAHA.. You wish.

And even so.. Splitting 30% over 40 groups.. Thats less than 1% per group which sucks.

It's more like 20 groups which greaks each groups revenue into about about $400 with the royalties at least. You guys think this is a joke but it isn't.
