All involving the laws of the U.S.:
Okay so I guess you may have answered this but I want to be sure. The Boys and I do some nude stuff and some stunts involving a view of the bare package for our new dvd. What's the deal if we edit it into our video just as it is, so when kids we sell it to watch it and see us nude or our penis and shit... what can we do in order to make that as far from problematic as possible? Do we have to have a warning on the packaging and warn before we sell it and have a filmed warning that theres full frontal male nudity and whatnot?
Oh, and I don't know if this counts as legal and I may make another topic about it somewhere else or you may have tackled this issue on the forum somewhere if so just point me to the posts but I was wondering about car stunts. Lets say I buy a car off someone for cheap and then we use it to film, aka windows end up broken, it ends up all dented, maybe we even crash it.... what insurance do I need to get, do I have to file this with the insurance if I plan on just wrecking it and selling it to a junkyard. (Basically, if I fuck up a car, it doesnt matter with insurance as long as I dont plan to fix it, and it doesnt matter with an inspection as long as I dont intend on driving it.) is that right? someone help me out cause we need car footage and I found a shit car and im trying to see if I can fuck it up without major insurance reprocussions or whatever.
thanks, sorry for the post length,
Bruce
In the united states child pornography is defined as "any person under 18 that is depicted through pictures or video that is sexually stimulated, whether it is simulated or real."
I dont know that many of your freinds want to see your full frontal nudity, and allot of police can get very picky when it comes down to what constitutes child pornography. Bare in mind, that anyone at any age can be charged with this. If you guys are over 18, then I would suggest contacting a lawyer to see. I dont know the exact laws pertaining to nudity in movies with people of age.
As for the car, if you live in the united states once you buy the car its yours. If your not planning on driving it and just destorying it, you dont even need to put insurance on it.

Yeah... Police have threatened me with that a few times.
PS its legal to shout out the window man

yeah, as long as your not yelling "fire" or "bomb."
Not even an expletive or insult?
Well in America your rights includes "free speech." But if I really wanted to I guess I could charge you with disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace if you were cussing.
