Im honored. I'll try to answers your questions as accurately as possible.

If you were caught during the crime -

They would consider you an accomplice, guilty by association. You would have a hard time convincing cops and a jury that he was not your friend, and that you had no prior knowledge of your friends plan to blow up a car.

If no police report was ever made of the matter, IE you blew up your own car in a secluded area, and the police one day stumbled across the footage -

A prosecutor would need a victim, or at least someone to file a complaint. If there is no police report on the incident, a DA will not file charges. A police report is the basis on which DA's file charges. They cannot charge you with a crime based soley on video evidence. A witness or victim who is willing to comply is needed.

I wouldnt do it Al. Especially if you are planning on blowing up some random persons car.

Yay, I know this one! If somebody intenionally draws attention to him on public place it has "news value" and you can document it, that also means that you own the footage and I dont think you need to blur his face neither.

Dont know what activity you did to piss him off, but if its something that you could get trouble....

If you cause a scene in public or play a prank on the member of the public or something do you need thier permission to put them in a DVD (like sign a form) or can you use the footage without their consent? Do you have to contact every person who was in-shot of the camera?

I think, but dont quote me on this....aslong as they are not the focus of the shot and the main point of the shot is u, or someone u get permission off later, u dont have to get their permission to use it.

I think that too, if they arent the focus of the shot and they are on public place it should be okay.

Ok say hypothetcally speaking of course I got my ass beat by a 26 yr old guy ( when I was 15 ) and the cops took the footage as evadince and then gave it back after everything was over could we use that footage on the net. and would we have to blur out his face?? hypothetically of course.

yeah as Vode said, it depends on the situation. Most likely you would be okay. Its a civil matter by the way. Police would have not get involved if this person was to find out you used his image without consent.

costco.com - you dont need to be a member to have the benefits of their return system. Order from their site, and return to any of their 500 stores - fully money refund. Do not buy computers from there though, they are not covered by their return policy.

I did some really really really stupid shit 2 years ago. I went to some lawyers and they explained the law to me, and told me how to find out more. Since then I've reading up on the legal system as much as possible.

23 May 2005, 02:50 UTC#26
Yeah we used to kicked out of the mall for filming as well. Its not illegal, but its private property and they do have the right to make you leave.

steven (chicken nuggeto) so is what your brother tell me is true does your dad get out the 25th?

Well I don't think you can sue don bunker because that would be bringing up a case that was already dropped, so wouldn't that be double jepordy, and isn't that illegal?

I saw don bunker in wal-mart and he looked at me like I was the scum of the earth.

if they wanted they could try to get you for something along the lines of harrasment or disturbing the peace. They have these laws that are loosely defined, leaving it up to the police to decide. I wouldnt worry about it though. Ive beening yelling at people while driving for years and ive never been pulled over.
