Dunno if anyone cares, but Raab himself has a new movie coming out called Hotdog casserole... Can't find too much info on it though, besides the fact it's comprised of stunts, skits, fake commercials, etc. Sounds similar to National Lampoons TV... Hopefully it's better though.

Damn dude, my hands have never bled from deadlifts, and the last time I did em my last set was 280lbs x 5. I just get really bad blisters.

Do you guys use straps for deadlifts? I find my left hands actual grip on the bar cannot exceed around 90KG (180lbs) @ 6 reps. Thinking of getting straps
