By .dv files do you just mean dv footage as a .avi? Or do you mean the extension is .dv?

Just to let everyone know whats going on. Ive basically been sent some clips via mega upload by AP Piggot. I have been and still am in the process of trying to download this file in the internet cafe im in (it aint going well). Ive also been sent messages from various members to say they either have or were in process of uploading clips. Now I have checked the dexfilms server and I dont seem to be able to find anything there, so despite previously asking I still dont know if its an upload error, or quite simply noone has actually uploaded to it yet (despite telling me they have) So when someone here does upload to that link I mentioned, please send me a message or email to let me know so I can check, as I still dont know if its working!

I have slightly changed my plan in order to speed up the process of getting this show up and running.

I have started making a graphic intro myself, in order to save some time and money. So it's nothing like my original idea, which I will still do down the line, but its still going to be good. Ive started using some Human Maybe clips for it, as obviously I still have no footage from anyone else, and I cant wait any longer to get this going. I will want to include atleast 3/4 clips of other peoples footage so basically the first 4 decent clips Im sent will go in it. This also means I dont have to wait for a graphic designer to actually make it. So hopefully by doing this Im going to save atleast a month or two of time, as Im not waiting for other people to do shit etc.

I'm not going to be able to sort out internet at my flat till beginning of next month as earliest BT could install a line was 27th of this month. So obviously my contact with you guys will be limited (as it has been for last month) But I've been getting as much sorted as I can, and now have a small green screen studio set up in my flat, so that I can actually film this shit. So basically just waiting for you guys to send me some clips. As soon as I have clips I reckon I could have the first ep done and released within a week or two.

So send that shit over!

I'm starting to get very excited by this show. Ive been working on it everyday and feel I have found the style and theme Im going to go with. It's very edgy and modern, and pretty risque. Ive got a really good feeling about its success as it certainly has it's own style and I have no doubt that you guys will like it. I couldnt even sleep the other night as my mind was in overdrive over the show, I had a 'brainwave'! I'm currently considering raiding my savings account to put a little money into filming a few bits that could make it even better, but I will have to see what happens as Ive done a rough budget for the shoot, and estimated it costing over a grand, which is a huge amount to put into something like this, so it really depends on the kind of footage I get from everyone here, as I will have to be very confident it will be successful to do ss or there isnt a chance in hell Id ever re-coup that kind of money back etc.

The graphic intro is coming on really well aswell, considering Ive done it myself I think it definitely suits the show, and remains true the Homegrown scene, rather than being too BBC if you get me. I have got as far as I can go though as I need some clips from everyone else to complete it or its going to all be Human Maybe footy.

I set up my green screen and did a few screen tests for the show that turned out really well. Would love to post a screen cap of it here, but I want to wait till its release to surprise you all.

This show has a good chance of fucking balls guys, and maybe re-igniting the Homegrown scene to a certain extent. So I really hope you guys are getting some footy ready to send!

I don't really buy clothes, so last time I did I got to topman checkout and saw these boxes of reduced price socks for £1 each! So bought them all and as a result have a shit load of shit soaks.
