yeah well he did it as his thesis film or something, the first video was done by alex beare, and the second by ryan kenny I grew up both of them and kenny is making a pretty big impact out west. all last winter he was leaving with a pro snowboarder (I cant remember who) filming for a movie, he was in town yesterday and I got a chance to talk to him and he said that if I could get out there he'd give me a place to stay, so this upcomming summer im going to try and go off to calgary (okatoks to be exact) and film with my firend out there then hopefully me and him can go out to whistler and see kenny and the others. hopefully get some recongization out there with some poeple

Thats was cool. Wonder how he got it so film like, could have even been on real film. I think he would have access to "pro" equipment, isnt this the same guy as in spdst? At least the camera is expensive as it had so good depth-of-field. Or he had 35mm adapter.

Cool vid.

I reckon it was filmed on a real HD camera.

I dont think it was film, still looked slightly digital to me.

But he had some great jib shots.

Man, you´ve been learning this stuff, you should post your insights in my hd threads. I´ve been considering to get a new camera, but having hard time making the decision. HD seems to be the way to go as its what we´ll be using in future, and the consumer priced hd cams seem to be good and also cheaper than good 3ccd.
