Who all in here works out. And what do you take along with it. I have been taking creatine and its working great, but I seemed to have formed some sort of allergic reaction to it because its harder for me to breath and I itch all over the place. So I don't know what to take now. Any suggestions?

I've tried that and it just doesn't seem like it works as well... I wasn't very happy with it anyways... and creatine tastes better... I was looking for something outside of those too but still in the legal range... I'm not an expert on that sorta stuff and I haven't experimented with anything other than the 2 mentioned. we have a GNC store but I never know what to look for when I go in there and the workers don't look like that have used any of it so I don't want to ask their opinion just so they can show me the most expensive thing

I drink about 5 protein shakes a day, do an hour or so of weights and then shoot up on steroids. It's a tough routine but I think it pays off.

Substitute "protein shakes" with meth, "drink" with smoke, "weight lift" with jerk off, and "steroids" with heroin. Then yeah, I can agree success comes from keeping on it.

In my understanding creatine will help you build your lean muscle mass. It will not build your muscle mass itself it will just expand the muscle cells so that they can 'work harder' and recover faster.. as soon as you stop using creatine you will lose that muscle mass (if not all most of it)

So you shouldnt just use creatine you should take proteinshakes aswell...

So you should probably try taking a little less creatine.. or just change the brand to get rid of the side effects.

Take a shake with lots of protein and low on carbs before training and then a shake with lots of carbs afterwards. Try to stick to products that are as natural as possible some of the stuff they sell are just full of artificial shit that suck(eg. give you alergic reactions)

And ask Chorus to fill in. He knows his shit better than anyone.

Or you can ignore the Finn, skip all the hard work and do steroids. Like a true American.

Or do it the pus...I mean Finnish way, your choice.

What a lot of people don't realise is if you're not eating right you won't grow, reason being is your body will burn your muscles if you don't have energy readily available. You need to eat around 500 more kilo calories per day to gain substantial mass and ensure you get a good supply of protein, I drink 2 protein shakes a day, one when I wake up (when your body most needs protein as it's been fasting) and one after a workout. You also won't grow much if you always stick to the same amount of weight, as you grow stronger add more kilos.

Do your research tho, because tempo, the number of reps and sets are important. Try to stick with working out 2 muscle groups per day, full body workouts are no good as you don't get time to really concentrate on each muscle. You gotta find what works for you because what may work for someone else may do you no good at all. Do your research and experiment to find out what works and what doesn't, only then will you truely grow like fuck.

Creatine actually adds water mass to muscle, although you do need to know how to use creatine to get any real permanent benefits. Creatine can be used as an energy, it can boost performance during a workout. Research how to use it properly.

Take the creatine to help you work harder in gym and drink whey protein after to help build muscle.

awesome, thanks guys.. I'll research it a little more and experiment with a few different things

I've been working out full body each day because I figured since I was taking an enhancer that it wouldn't hurt

I will prolly quit with the creatine unless I am using it as a performance booster... I'll invest in some shakes and try that out too.. again thanks for the help and any additional help would be appreciated

Trust me, it will. You need to fully concentrate on isolated muscle groups to grow, you need those muscle groups to be absolutely pumped and prefferably knackered when you leave the gym.

No point in doing a 2 hour full body workout when you can work 2 muscle groups out for 45 minutes and grow more
