Death at a Funeral. I usually have high hopes when watching a British comedy because usually if they make our video rental stores they are really good too but this just might have been the most politically correct and thus the most boring comedy I've ever seen. Ejected the dvd halfway through.

Kids - fapfapfap

Nah, on a serious note, that movie is just so depressing. Makers did such a great job capturing the mindsets and motivations of apathetic teenagers. It's a grim reality that shit like that happens; but when kids are put in a situation where there isn't structure or supervision, they make wrong decisions and find themselves in trouble. That movie's like a decade and a half old, and it still rings true - little has changed in inner-cities to give kids options and outlets to spend their time in a positive environment. I can go down to a park in Covington tomorrow and I know there will be 6th graders smoking pot with 17 and 18 year old kids. There's just no one there to tell em' they have potential to do better things.

Good movie, really makes you think and reflect on your own experience growing up. I know it made me re-evaluate decisions I made as a kid. Definitely worth watching.

The Bunker. Fucking awesome film about a group of Nazi soldiers in 1944 on the Belgian-German border who pull back to a bunker from attacking Americans. They're trapped in there and gradually go insane. Small cast, brilliant acting. I'll VIP a link.

Shawshank Redemption.

First time I had seen it. I had been to the prison it was filmed at in my area, too.

Really good flick. Phenomenal acting. How good of a year for films was 1994? Jesus Christ. Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, and Shawshank Redemption came out that year. Three movies in my top 10. Craziness.

Millers Crossing by the Cohen brothers - excellent

I really wish they stuck to making serious films and not comedies. I'd kill to see another No Country For Old Men style film.

They do some awesome comedies though. Big lebowski and Fargo were ill.

Hitman

You know, I went into this movie with an objective eye, and I really wanted it to be enjoyable. I knew it would be horrid, but I couldn't help myself but want good things. I'm a big fan of the games and look forward to the series' first true next-gen release.

Alas, this movie was pathetic. The dialogue is generic and uninspired, the plot is needlessly convoluted and filled with holes, and aesthetically it feels like everything was fingerpainted by kindergarteners. It's all so phony and forced it was like I was watching a horrible skit from a group on here.

The one positive I can say about the film is that they didn't cast that horrible piece of shit Vin Diesel as Agent 47. The actor who did play him did a pretty good job.

The one thing that really pissed me off about it, is that they tried to humanize Agent 47 and give him emotions to struggle with. There was some stereotypical moderately attractive woman in the film and he goes through all of these tacky inner struggles where he tries to decide whether or not to kill her because she compromises his mission. The Agent 47 in the game would have offed her as soon as she didn't do what he asked her to. Instead, he has all of this pussy bullshit about love and how for the first time in his life-long stasis he thinks he might want to feel the touch of a woman.

He was created to kill and feel no remorse or petty emotions that attach themselves to normal humans. That's what makes him F-ing interesting and enjoyable. They decided to take that part away from it and make him into a gentle killing machine who's all confused and just wants things to be right. F that.

I did too, knowing nothing of the games and not paying for it (although I did see it on the big screen hehehe) I enjoyed it as a mindless piece of cinema good for passing the time watching if you don't wanna get into something too deep or meaningful =]

Charlie's Angles: Full Anal- A feel good romp through the world of movie parody, the characters were well developed and I felt the costume design was of award winning caliber.

If the story line wasn't so rushed near the end (almost like they had to put in some anal sex just because the title was "Full Anal") the movie would have been near perfect.

The double fisting scene with Velvet Lips, Jenna Gspot, and Becka Spank was very intense, I could almost feel the pain.

I highly recommend this picture.
