they would pick up 12 episodes for starters.

all I have to say is that this show is going to be pitched differently than any show of this genre before. I was brainstorming like crazy the other night and an idea hit me on how to make this show more extreme and cooler than anything that has ever been done before + there is going to be a ton of groups involved in the TV show. I just don't see how it can't be picked up because it will be really cool and totally unique for this genre on tv. I would tell you guys what makes my tv show idea so different but it's an idea that only I know about and until I sit in the meetings and pitch the show, nobody will know the idea other than my entertainment lawyers.

Moody, you said that all these distribution deals were lined up already. You said this pretty clearly when you were begging for footage. I want to know why after a month you have failed to even land one distribution deal (even though you said they were already confirmed)

Id seriously reccomend people lay back for a while before jumping into the HGC2. See how things pan out.

If getting your stuff out there is really important I know other people in the states that can get your footage on DVDs that dont lie and bullshit their way though business. Moody is yet to prove anything he said would happen.

Meetings and discussions mean jack shit at the end of the day. Talk is cheap and Moody hasnt delivered. From what I hear the production itslef is very very average and thats why I think companies arent picking this title up.

Until moody does something with this first one, I would wait till submitting footage for the second one.

I mean, shit yeah its exciting to see your footage on a dvd, I know alot of your are proud, and you should be.....

However....if this dvd doesnt get sold anywhere....then whats the point?

From what I hear about what the TV show will be like it's gonna be pretty tight.

Another thing to think about....
When a movie is a huge box office success, they quickly move ahead with the sequal in most cases.....

The fact that Moody wants to move forward with the sequal before seeing the results of the first....

Thats a fishy move. I know moody is excitied and wants this thing to blow up big, but the way I see's it. Moody may be so overwhelmed with excitement over all these meetings and whatnots that is happening, he may be making bad decisions...

elliot and no mercy can talk all the shit they want. bottom line is, neither of them have had their own dvds distributed in stores in n. america on a mainstream level. I'm working on getting the dvds sold on tv commercials, then it goes into stores.

the fact that you guys are complaining about the DVD not being in stores yet is ridiculous. You know nothing about the DVD business obviously and you know nothing about getting a good deal. I have several offers on the table for all of my productions but I'm not in a rush because I want commercials on tv locked down.

if you have a problem with this, too bad. im going to get distribution my way and it will make the groups more money this way because I waited it out and got the best deal possible.

and no, I'm not trying to pitch the tv show to mtv. I don't want the show anywhere near their similar genres of tv programming.

Actually, the survey says you're the dumbfuck because yes, I have had 10 of my documentaries selling in virgin mega stores about 4 years ago. My productions were in just about any store you could name. Big fucken deal... anybody can get their DVDs in the stores but the question is, can you get a good deal? that's the hard part.

not much of an update to give at the moment.

only things worth mentioning is that the tpm dvds are being edited and they look good, luke hadley dvds are being edited but I haven't seen an assembly edit yet, and I'll be releasing some more homegrown related dvds soon. june will be a huge month for dvd releases and editing for the hgc 2 dvd will have started by then.

How soon could HGC3 be coming out? We just need to aim to have stuff filmed for then.

And how long is a section determined by? How much footage there is? Or just what is usable?

Moody, lets run down just a short list of your lies, Im not going to list all of them because I cant be bothered, Ill just go off the top of my head:

You said you had landed a distribution agreement 6 months ago.

You said you were going to start a million dollar law suit on whoever uploaded the HGC.

You said that you were going to get me charged over here for breaking the law when I asked someone to upload it.

You said that the DVD was going to be launched in Best Buy.

You said the LOTR editor was going to edit this DVD.

You said this was going to be in Australian cinemas.

You said nearly 3 months ago you would release the group profit share percentages.


I could go on and on but I cant be bothered.

I know you'll say that "oh, Im having meetings about this and that, and this is happening and Im working on that" but its a far cry from these things actually happening when you said they would.

Most people on here know why youre rushing to get a 2nd one done. Youre doing it because you know you fucked up a lot of things on the first one and want to license as much footage as possible before everyone finds out.

im not sitting here rattling off everything you listed because I just breifly skimmed through the list and it's all true. hgc should be in cinemas, yes I signed a distribution deal 6 months ago for australia/newzealand, my lawyers handle my lawsuits, not you and not me. then you go off talking about best buy which is irrelevent because the dvd will be selling there soon enough. then you talk about soliciting to have somebody upload a copyrighted video on a public forum, which has to be bottom of the barrel stupid, especially for somebody that "works in the entertainment industry" like you.

then the bottom half of your write up is pure bullshit, the next hgc dvds are being made because the television commericial distributor wants to sell 2 for 1 and also have a montly purchase program were every month the buyer is sent a dvd with the option to return. when I have a distribution deal like this lined up and they want another production completed, I'll do it, if they want 10 productions completed, I'll do it. plus with this distribution deal, the dvds are sold on tv and then go into best buy and other stores, so stop crying about best buy. fuck, you aren't even in the dvd, how can you be so pathetic of a human to let something like this consume your life?

I have other shows I'm pitching in June and July and that will increase the odds of the homegrown show getting picked up.

a total of 5 + shows. 2 homegrown style shows, a porn tv documentary show, 2 reality tv show treatments, and a new wrestling product I'm handling the dvd and tv distribution for that is better than wwe or tna. these are only a few of my current projcects for tv.

this isn't a tv show for me, it's a tv show for everybody involved.
