If people are getting pissed with me for giving moody shit about his near death experience after getting the brake pedal mixed up with his cupholder on the freeway today then fair enough.
But when it comes to putting pressure on him to be upfront and above board with all this shit going on with the DVD atm Im not really going to shut up.

Nah mate, not disagreeing with you about that. I can respect that you act in the interests of others most of the time when you call him out. Most of the time you go about it in a great way, like when you ask questions about shipping/production that he hasn't included, whether it be to cover his own ineptness or because he hasn't deemed it necessary. To be honest, I have no problem with you speculating over his every move, as he has shown himself to be extremely untrustworthy in the past.
I think what some people have a problem with is when you come into a thread and badmouth him without actually criticising his methods; in effect, you just flame him.
I hate this, cos it makes me sound like I'm trying to tell you off. I'm not. I'm just asking you to come about it from a different way, man. I love it when you put little one-line questions in and he slips and slides all over the place to try and justify why he's missed a deadline or hasn't released information. Just cut back on the flames, yeah? Cheers.

Do your best in pressuring them with the money, and try and get them to buy more clips and do a cover story! Im sure they will end up buying alot of the other crazy shit from the other groups in the HGC.

they pitched several stories from the homerown dvd. when they pitch a story and video, they need the producers to review it, then assistants review it and see the potential, etcetera, it can take up to a week if they are busy. the producers saw the muppets fire clip and right away they knew they wanted to air it. getting some footage sold won't be so easy.
+ they are dealing with footage from all over the world, news stations all over the world and when you have that kind of access you have a ton of amazing content you probably can't even use due to not having enough time in a season. so the hgc footage is competing with a lot of insane footage from all over the world and getting deals won't be easy but if the footage is good and there's some kind of story behind it, it has potential to be bought.
which groups on here are submitting footage for the homegrown collection 2 & 3 DVD? I have a semi-list established so far but if groups can confirm they'll be sending out footage in about 2 weeks, that would be great. if you want to get in the dvd, email me at [email address redacted]
