Just accept that we all have opinions. You are not correct in every aspect of your life.

But neither are you :) the beauty of opinions is noone is right or wrong, just let the thread die.

I love you how sit here and tell us we dont use good camera work, and just cover it up with editing, whilst you are a self proclaimed expert at using a camera, when I watched your clips they were shakey, you were talking in the background (which in what we do, more often than not becomes annoying, and takes away from what we are trying to film), and a few clips were hard to watch because of the lighting (the bird sitting in the woods).

I dont mind you voicing your opinion, im glad you did. but when you start to force your opinion, tell us we are wrong, and that we would be better at what we do if we did it your way...thats just too much. you've said your peace...what are you trying to accomplish?

Im sorry but this is a prime example of why you are wrong for what you are filming.

Editing could have cut the boring never ending tracking shot down, could have taken the terrible shakyness of the camera out and made it slightly entertaining, granted for a different auidience.

To be able to shoot lots of video without worrying about
shaky camera etc. Is all that most people want to do.
Who's going to build a track? You practice getting as
smooth as possible when moving about.
I didn't see anybody pulling their hair out because of the
shaky camera.

For sure it isn't possible to always do the best with
the camera. Sometimes you need to use the optical zoom
and a tripod to stead it. Other times you can move right
in on the subject. Every mistake that is edited out is
one that isn't there to remind you what to avoid next time.
Even those with mistakes are for the most part keepers.

If you spend more time editing than you do shooting,
what do you get. Less good video. There is no way around that.
