I really don't wanna sell, I'd try sell my penis before I sold this place, but I have no choice. And I'll only sell to someone who'd make it better, and develop it as I've said..you guys have my word. And thanks for that skip.

That's the thing, I do have a job..but it costs me almost as much to get there as I am earning ATM, plus I owe people so much money, from my bumming around days, it's not funny.

This place costs nothing to run nowadays, say $10 per month. That's not the issue though, the problem is I need money to rectify my financial situation..that's why I'km asking you guys if you'd mind.

A forum is worth something because of the traffic it receives, traffic can be used for example to add advertisers banners to the rotation queue..that's something I havn't had time to do (find the advertisers) and won't have time to do quickly. Forums are also worth something because of the enjoyment factor of running a site like this, and being able to chat with traffic you try to get.





Cheers dude, although I feel as though I do have to ask your approval. Everyone has helped with HGF, so that's why I'm planning on looking for someone who'll run this place exactly as I have, contribution wise..except a lot less lazy, and prepared to input time and effort into improvising.

And finally, I don't think any local traffic here would buy it, as no one here really has the funds to do so..plus I'm picky on whom I'd sell it to.

I know I sound like a greedy ass, and I really don't intend to. Trust me though, this will be far from bad, I'll still post and this place would be improvised, and I could afford to donate 200 dollars towards HGF being improvised. I'm looking for someone with SEO experience so the HG scene can expand beyond what it is now.

Oh, and BTW. After I've sorted myself out..I know that I'll end up saving to buy this place back

Thanks man, it's all been worth it, and I'm reluctant to let go of this place..admin wise, as it's TRUELLY unique, and like no other forum, I could never re-create it.

But desperate times cause for desperate measures, I'll just be sure to sell it to someone who plans on making it kickass.

Yeah man, and can't u get a refund of traveling expenses if it cost you so much to just get there? Whatever you'll do it'll probably be the best decision in your case. And I hope the forums will stay as they are man.
