moody...this dvd looks like it was edited in windows movie maker and you used a webcam to film it. No offense dude but this quality is terrible

lol, no bullshit, the first 4 dvds I released were edited on imovie. all of my productions are now edited on final cut and avid.

a webcam? that is a sony pd-150. 4 years ago that camera was at the top of the line for independent production. 4 years ago was when most of my productions were shot.

Hmm...I'm still a bit iffy about sending you footage moody. It's not that I have anything against you, but if you were in my position I bet you'd feel the same way. It's your offer of a 3CCD camera that really got me interested.

Do you guarantee a 3CCD camera or only if my clips make a minimum amount of revenue?

Just to make sure, we still keep all rights to our footage, right?

Question for other Homegrowners: What do you guys think of this deal, does it seem legit to you?

Elliot I really feel sad for you because you obviously don't have a good deal for your mobile phone videos. My lawyer is repping top of the market deals for major companies such as paramount, mgm and other majors. You might think you know everything but you really don't.

dude im not an entertainment lawer and I already know that 10 grand for a 2-5 minut clip is bs, but lets go through it, say muppets did this, how much money of the 10 grand do you take, and how much does yoru lawer take, then how much is left for muppets

and also is this over the course of a year, 2 years, 3 years or what?

you should check mine out. you'll like it. it isn't the one where the family gets abducted, but that was a cool production. my doc documents the first alien implants being removed from alien abductess. then documents the implants being analyzed by several different scientists. it's pretty in depth and really interesting material.

I really need the footage on DVD or mini DV. That is the best for my editors and for me. Everybody wants to send me footage over the internet but that just doesn't work. I need the footage sent with the release forms for everything to work out smoothly.

I don't need any gay favors but thanks for the offer. I'm straight.

if this all works out as planned, I would be totally fine with buying you a new camera. it will take a few months but so far the deal is very promising.

Alright, so you want the raw avi files burned to a dvd? or burned so you can put it in a dvd player and watch?

I'm guessing the first one, but no harm in asking.

What titles have you had on the major retailers shelves nationwide?  If I was wrong Ill apologise for being wrong but I'd love to know what titles that you were Executive Producer on made it to all the major retailers nationwide.

Any comment on this yet? Or you too busy on your way to making 33 Million off homegrown mobile video clips.

I was the director and co-producer on the following.

1. the shooting range
2. backyard criminals
3. the greatest secret
4. mistress america
5. operation babykiller
6. world of lies
7. masters of the ring
8. american bums
9. alien abduction
10. famous with no money
11. masters of pain box set

some had bigger distribution releases than others but all were released nationwide.  the shooting range pushed tons of copies, 15,000 copies were released in the first printing of the dvd.

Yeah, I said what projects were you "Executive Producer" on.. A co-producer credit is a dime a dozen these days dude. Those werent your titles and you didnt coin any of those. You just worked on them. And you say that it was released nationwide, fair enough.. But I asked what titles made it to major retail outlets nationwide.

I was the only person working on these productions. I was in charge of all aspects of the productions, even producing. I was living in Los Angeles working with a company in Belgium. Nobody was here producing me. I was working on my own.

You're really starting to sound like a little child Elliot.
