Im frooom Finland, the hoooome of Nokia! My country has biggest percentage of cell phone users of population, something like 90% I also know that not all of them are capable to view video... not even here, in highly developed Mobile Phone country. In fact I think its rather small part, maily the newest phones, that can paly video. So I think that your audience is smaller than you think...

Vode... Sorry about not answering your questions yet. I'll do my best to answer your questions right now and try to cover everything. I'm glad you're asking questions though because that's the best way to understand this business opportunity.

A : There's approximately 1.7 billion cell phone users world wide, but only 7% of that audience has video mobile video technology available on their phones. In the next couple of years it is expected to grow to 50%, probably even more due to technology growing at such a fast rate. People want to be amazed, shocked and they want to laugh, so the audience for HG antics is large and broad.

As of right now there really isn't any piracy through cell phones. The video clips will be tracked and the distributor knows who is watching the video, how many times they watched the video, etc. Piracy isn't an issue right now but of course in the coming years when technology advances this can develope into an issue.

A: My deadline to get the first shipment of videos produced and completed is in 3 months. I'm going to have 2 editors working on the materials to reach this deadline.

A: You get me the videos with the signed license agreement. I have the footage edited. The footage is then distributed and available to mobile phone users. Payments are made quarterly. It's really as simple as that.

A; He doesn't do everything for me. He has the connections to these companies and works with them on a large business level and is friends with some of the owners of these mobile phone video distributors. I'm comfortable with him running the deals and to be honest it is for the better. If you have a lawyer handling your business in the entertainment industry, it brings you credibility and you get better deals.

A: What titles? Not sure what you mean here.

Q: I dont still see it... where do you get all the footage? Worth of 40 dvd´s? Even though you have other sources than HG and BYW, it would be almost impossible

A: With homegrown I want to release 200-300 video clips, average time of each clip will be approximately 2 minutes, but some might go a couple minutes longer. I'm working with several content suppliers in other entertainment industry fields. I rather not go in depth about the other footage I'm working with.

Just a few more facts for you guys about the deal and the people that I'm working on. My lawyer handling this is the same person handling all the media distribution of moble/internet for Paramount Animation and MGM animation.

In all honesty, it doesn't get any bigger than this. Sure there's other people that do this mobile distribution but not on this level of content.

You can make $10,000 for a 2-5 minute video through me doing this. Of course not every clip will be a hit but they are definitely going to be making you money.

The full distribution access I'll have in about 2 weeks after all deals are signed will cover 46 countries according to my lawyer. It's going to be huge and everybody will be very happy.

You can doubt me all you want but I really just want to work with the people that trust me and believe me. Sure there is shit talking and doubt about this offer. I'll do everything I can to answer everybody's questions about this opportunity.

Elliot I really feel sad for you because you obviously don't have a good deal for your mobile phone videos. My lawyer is repping top of the market deals for major companies such as paramount, mgm and other majors. You might think you know everything but you really don't.

some had bigger distribution releases than others but all were released nationwide. the shooting range pushed tons of copies, 15,000 copies were released in the first printing of the dvd.

I got 2 of them as well....I skipped thru most of them coz the production value was terrible....I gave em to my friend who hasnt watched em either...

they are special interest titles. some of the titles did well and some others didn't do well. the shooting range dvd was a big hit with wrestling fans because it was the first time shoot interviews were edited together. I'll meet somebody new in the entertainment industry or a talent I'm interviewing and they often have one of my dvds already, especially wrestlers.

alien abduction won a big award at the biggest ufo conference in the world last year for 'best ufo related documentary' and considering that it was competing against a production produced by Showtime, that was a definite feather in the cap.

which ones?

you probably have 2 of my first productions which I'll admit weren't the best. I was a horrible editor. now I have 2 hollywood movie editors handling my editing so production quality is amazing. I have sizzle packages put together for 2 of my current productions to pitch to networks and they look amazing. I'll put them online when the time is right to show everybody.

most of the matches were filmed on handycams from the crowd which was hella shaky and the interviews were done in carparks or backstage with heaps of background noise...
you sent them to me when you were first interested in doing homegrown dvds...and I was semi-interested...

moody...this dvd looks like it was edited in windows movie maker and you used a webcam to film it. No offense dude but this quality is terrible

shooting range was actually the first production I ever shot myself. you must not be a big wrestling fan because wrestling fans love that dvd. ironically, some guy came up to me tonight at a wrestling show saying how much he liked the shooting range.

masters of the rings, yes the footage was shaky. that footage was purchased off a filmmaker that has shot many rare matches. a lot of matches on that dvd are from the 'when worlds collide ppv' which is considered one of the greatest wrestling ppvs ever. it has some really nice matches on their but yeah, the camera work was not the best but that wasn't me working the camera.
