I never really deal with licenses, ussually just deal with footage submissions. This is different.

I know the difference between Licensee and a Licensor, the wording of your contract just had me kind of confused.

The DVD doesn't change everyday. Since the beginning I said it would be a variety of everything with a majority of stunts but also some of the best skits, pranks and extreme sports which skating can be classified as.

The term sheet looks alright so far. I need to re-read it and then pass it to my lawyer for him to check it out. Thanks for putting it together, me and the groups appreciate it.

Show me some of your footage. A few groups that have very good editors are allowed to send me edited footage. Maybe that would interest you.

I rather not comment on which groups are involved until it is set in stone and full agreed but most of the more popular homegrown groups should be involved.

I'm only offering $100 up front which isn't much to the groups but at least it is something and gives them some extra faith in what I'm doing. I'm only offering this to the best of the best groups because some groups might send crap footage, so this is only being offered to a few select groups. These groups were personally selected by your fellow homegrowners and I triple referenced the suggested groups with other homegrown crews to make sure this "best of the best" list was accurate.

Ill send you our latest 'core footage on a minidv for $100 upfront..we arnt a puffy group, people here will vouch for us.
