my gym is awesome £25 a month, and I go 4 times a week!

So basically every-time I go its £1.50! So I cant complain as I spend about 2 hours in the gym 1st hour cardio, then weights and sauna (20 min)

The gym has a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room and weights/machines room!

The gym I used to go to was a rip off, had great squash courts tho which was about the only thing I would happily use.

I'm still kinda interested in doing this. Not sure how much of a workout I'd need to do each day though and what exercises would be best though. Gaiz?

what are you trying to get?

also, fuck working out for an hour a day wtf.

Wouldn't mind gaining some weight and building my arms. Doubt it'll happen though as I ain't gonna be joining a gym.

30 reps of 10 on each arm (morning, later that day/night) is what I've been doing and I'm stoked on how my biceps are filling in.

McDonalds is the biggest shit excuse for food ever. Plastic, ground up mashed then cooked cow shite after the cow ate a plastic sex doll filled with semen.

Burger King FTW and it won't clog your arteries.

I couldnt care less what the hell is in them. Infact if thats what ground up plastic taste's like then I'll start making my own at home. I eat what I want when I want! Biatch!

I have to disagree with yur method. he wants to gain weight and build arms. doing more reps just tones the muscles. best thing to do is 10 reps at a higher weight to build muscle.

I'm not looking to "get stacked", but I started biking today again and plan on keeping it up all summer. Just went on a 5 mile ride because it's been ages since I've rode.

Sometime later in the summer me and two other guys are planning on setting out on a 92 mile ride. In pieces though, of course.

Its never too late. Just have pics of before and after. So that you can see the progress. I guess the most important or the best thing in this is that you can see the progress yourself. I would love to see a pic when my body was flat like G's and my guns almost as small as dodge's ;D

I'm apparently on a mailing list for 'Dieting Pills That Actually Work!" and I thought that this thread would be the best place to post this.. So who wants me to hook them up?
Oh and I'm pretty sure they're legit because they send me new catalogs every day to my inbox.

edit: and I forgot to mention that I didn't eat anything for two whole days because my throat was so sore and I had a 39,4c temperature, so for a while I joined your silly quest

I've cut soda from my diet entirely. I eat many small meals a day now instead of 2 or 3 large ones. Mostly eat fruits, fruit bars, and other small items throughout the day. Drinking lots of water, G2 Gatorade, and green tea. I am running about 25 minutes a night, not increasing distance but increasing speed greatly. Do a mix of crunches, push ups, and other basic exercises in large numbers twice a day (morning before I run at night).

So far the big differences I am seeing is easier sleeping at night, easier waking up in the morning, more all around energy, better mood and affect throughout the day on average, and a "feeling" that I am losing some weight though I still haven't purchased a scale to prove it.

Good luck to everyone else.

Yah... I was trying to imply that my time was going down as I was increasing speed but failed to actually mention that. Got me. I asked Ray if just posting a picture of myself with anal beads in my rectum would make up for my mistake but realized I have an early day tomorrow... maybe next time guys.
