No way man, Adrenaline for the win!

White Pony is dope though, I like it better than Around the Fur--which most people disagree with.

The Offspring

I've heard a lot people diss them in the past, but Smash is an absolute class album. Anyone who doesn't like it is an asshole.

well it's like, I really wouldn't say Metallica is one of my top ten, but it still rates in a way in which I think I should be in there.. kinda cause everyone can rock out to it, it's no like obscure music which me and only a few others know and like. Make sense?
03 December 2007, 09:25 UTC#50
Not everything people like needs to be new and never heard of before.

That's not really appreciating good music haha, just trying to be different and stand out.
03 December 2007, 09:29 UTC#51
yeh fair enough, I think you're reading into it a little too much

I dunno though

No I'm really not. Just making sense of what you're saying.
03 December 2007, 09:33 UTC#53
yeh, but you're making it seem as if I'm a music snob or something, where I was just saying that I included some bands in my top ten that may not be my favorite bands, but carry favour cause they are popular.. like at least with my mates...

it might help to know most of my mates don't listen to any of my favorite bands... who aren't really obscure or anything.

The Number 12 are really spastic and technical. One of the best bands I've seen live.

Listening to them now on teh myspace; fucking mad stuff. They do have a similar sound to HHLL actually. Mono should check out Daughters if you already haven't, would be right up your alley.

Yeah, saw them too pretty recently supporting fall of troy. I prefer their recorded stuff though, the crowd didn't appreciate them.
