They wouldn't give it away. If they said Lion there would be no point whatsoever in all the secrecy.

They definitely did not say lion, they said it's alive. Like cIRca said, they wouldn't give that away. Or maybe they would to give a hint =o But I highly doubt it.

It's definitely not Godzilla because no company has the rights to use it.

If this movie is anything like Transformers, it'll probably suck.

They filmed a part of that trailer outside my apartment a month and a half ago. They were working under the project name "Slusho"... I googled it and found nothing so I figured it was nothing big.

Right now theyre filming a huge Will Smith movie called John Hancock a few blocks over... lots of shooting and explosions....tried to film some of the shoot but cant get close enough...blocked off all the streets.

The effects were incredible. Seriously amazing, the rest of the film was so average.

You mean the acting? The effects are really what the film is about if you think about it really hard until nothing makes sense anymore.

Try Google or Imdb, since the movie has been screened there should be an official picture somewhere.

Cloverfield has the best trailer I've seen in ages. It might be a crap movie for all I know but I just like that they didn't go where all modern catastrophy/horror movies go these days and show the bad guy(s) in the trailer

I've been living on IMDB for the past month or so. They have showed advance screenings at Michigan State University, as well as some places in Florida. A lot of people post fake reviews/descriptions, so it's hard to tell who actually saw it and who didn't. A lot of people post a concept art pic of the monster, and then describe the similarities and differences between the real thing and the picture. Definitess are: it's really fucking big, walks on four legs, big tail, has parasites which fall of it and have poisonous bites, 2 red "sacs (possible lungs?), and huge claws. Some say it is bat-"esque". As far as the plot goes, I know it's all filmed with a hand-held camera, and there is no real beginning and end. It just shows the events of what happened. There is also a kind of "love story" mixed in too.

All in all, just go read on IMDD and you can find all the info you need.
