I think banning Moody would be the worst possible thing you could do. It would give him an excuse not to come here and answer for his actions. Keep him around for a while.
I was willing to license a load of my best footage to Moody for $500. That could easily make up 15 minutes of his DVD - which is give or take about 1/4th of the standard running time. No doubt other groups would license content for the same price or less. Moody could've got all the footage he needed for under 3k.
With total confidence he was predictiing around 50,000 sales. When you're that ambitious, why take shortcuts?
When it comes to licensing footage, it's common to pay up front. That's how it's done. That's what groups want.
Moody can stay here and finish up buisness with groups on HGC, but he can shove HGC 2 + 3 up his ass if he's gonna try to pull the same shit a second time around.

The new Arse DVD? NO release date yet, we are taking our time with this one, saving only the best footage, unlike are last DVDs. This is going to be a "real homegrown" dvd. I'll post some updates when we get closer

Its common to pay for people with money and companies to back themselves up.
Moody is neither of them. So this is why he cannot offer money upfront.

Yes, because Moody is either a broke ass businessman who didn't make any real money off his previous projects, or he wanted to take a shortcut and get footage now, pay groups later. I'm guessing both actually.

payments will start going out to the groups ASAP...
some things are going on in my life that I'll be able to speak about in a few days but until then the groups involved need to be patient and hang tight.
when everything is said and done, everybody will be paid and everybody will be happy. I won't settle for less for any of the groups in the hgc dvd or anybody that ever stands in front of my camera. everything will be handled very soon.
also, I got emails from the groups but didn't reply yet, shit has been way to busy for me to reply since I posted this bulletin.
