The thing I find dodgy is his lack of wanting to disclose sales figures. Fair enough, you all may be paid, but how do you know its the right amount? He hasnt even done the group breakup yet let alone released exact quarterly sales figures.

Weaks right though, he hasnt even bothered to do the group breakup yet and he's had 4 months. It would probably only take 30 mins to do. He shouldve done it out of principal just to show respect to the groups so they know how much everyone should expect to be paid but It seems like the minute he got all the footage he stopped being there or caring about the groups ie: not sending stuff out, not answering questions etc.

If Moody just listened to my advice and paid groups upfront all, and I mean ALL, of this drama would not exist.
How in the fuck can he still feel this was the better way to go about it? The fact that he wants to continue doing his projects with groups on a rev share basis is just fucking plain stupid.
I dont want another year of this shit. Do you guys? Either Moody offers money upfront or he can take his shit elsewhere. Does anyone have a problem with that?

All due respect Weak, most of the time paying upfront isnt an option when getting projects like this off the ground. Sometimes its either a choice between revenue share and the project not getting done at all.
I think banning Moody would be the worst possible thing you could do. It would give him an excuse not to come here and answer for his actions. Keep him around for a while.

It's a shame for the groups involved that Moody had to spend all his money on buying "www.(famous name here)tube.com" domains instead of using that money to pay what he owes people.
