questions can't be answered unless they have answers, and if you don't have an answer to a simple question, then that totally means the reason for the questions being asked serves no purpose to the person who made a reason for the questions being asked, aka you're a liar.

Q: When are you releasing the group royalty breakup? Its been out for nearly 3 months and you still dont know how you're going to split up profits? For months now you've been saying (oh, its being done next week) but it never does.

A: Im just lazy and not very well organised, thats all. In hindsight I really shouldve done this while it was still in the edit suite because each clip used would have a unique group name. But now I realise how big a job it is because I was a dumbass. I know I keep telling you next week, next week, but everyone should know by now I never stick to my deadlines anyway. Did I mention I am unorganised?

Q: What are the details of this distribution deal you said was "signed on" before you even released the DVD? I find it strange its finished and they havent got it in stores yet like you said it would.

A: I never had a deal signed on. I was in talks with a lot of companies and they seemed interested enough so I just assumed I would get a deal. I never ever actually had a contract locked down before announcing it but Im going to continue the lie on the hope that I might get a deal before you guys realise I never had one in the first place.

Q: Why in that interview that was posted last week you were quoted as saying "sales are doing well" but you say to everyone on here that you dont know the sales figures? So were you either lying to the interviewer by saying sales were going well? Or are you lying to us saying you dont know the sales numbers? What one?

Well, I've actually lied to both parties. I lied to the interviewer to say sales were good in an effort to project the image of this DVD being a sucess, but in all honesty this DVD has sold really fucking shit and Im too embarrased to tell anyone. I also lied to you guys by claiming not to be able to find out how many copies of my own DVD I've sold. I was really really hoping that you guys were dumb enough to beleive me but it looks like I got caught out in yet another dumbass lie! OOPS!

Q: What is the exact date you say you're going to send the groups money?

A: I dont actually want to set a date because we all know how fucking pathatic I am at keeping deadlines. How about I just leave you guys hanging on a bit longer? Cool.

I answer all of your guy's questions. every question has been asked at least 10 times and answered at least 10 times. so give me a break. you guys ask questions that do not have answers, like when will it be in stores or when will this deal or that deal be signed.... I dont have those answers, the only answer I have is "give it time" and if you don't like that answer, stop asking me questions. I have enough stress in my life than to deal with a bunch of adults whining like kids. so please grow up and try to contribute something positive rather than bitch and waste my time.

"give it time" is the only answer there is. you guys no absolutely nothing about getting product distributed, going through lawyers, an agent, then waiting on the legal office of a distributor/corporation to give the production an okay, then it goes to the contract department, contracts are signed, then it goes through the financial department. there's about 5 or 6 other little things that have to be done but this is the stuff you guys don't know. this isn't easy business to do and you guy shouldn't expect it to be handled magically perfect over night.



ill do what I can, im too bogged down with too much shit right now.

I just went to your myspace account and saw the "New Jack" DVD cover and I noticed there wasn't a barcode (UPC code) on it.. are your videos mass produced or are you printing them all? I haven't seen a real box shot of you DVDs yet, so I haven't seen any barcodes.

(A barcode / UPC code is a system that is used so retailers can scan and sell copies of your DVD. This is also how your sales are tracked if they are sold in stores.)

If you haven't had barcodes for you DVDs yet, I highly suggest you do so. It no only encourages more stores to carry your product, but it also helps you find your perfered market (sales percentages per population).

I haven't seen an actual box shot of any of your DVDs yet, so I'm just assuming you don't have a code.

I also dont know how you can answer the question about knowing the sales but not telling the people who were in it and what date you're sending out the checks with "give it time"

Sorry Moody but I actually know a thing or two about that. I went through it all you fucking idiot. Mine was locked down before I ever announced anything and so the day the DVD came off replication it was on shelves in store. Looks like you know "absolutely nothing" about getting a product distributed because you'rs has been out 3 months and the best distribution deal you've got so far is selling it on the Arse Marks online store.

If you would only "enlighten" us on your product distribution, your current deals and the status of the group's money, then maybe we'd get off your back.

But fuck, posting day after day "give me time", "it takes time"...you gotta appreciate that people are getting a little annoyed and suspicious that you're full of shit.

I let the distributors add bar codes when they sign distribution deals. until then, they aren't necessary. I've never needed them yet.



lol... I'm sitting on several deals and walking away from other deals. I don't want to sign shit deals because I'm waiting on other deals to materialize like completing the tv distribution deal hopefully. I'm waiting to hear from them about the final decision.

mass produced, DLTs made, professional and unique menu designs, artwork on the dvd face, packaged in wrap just like a store dvd. and I got to say, the printers for my artwork and the quality of the packaging is better than what I see from universal, sony and other major dvd distributors. my dvds have nice, tight packaging.
