Just got mine today (Thanks to Hips). I'm watching it now. Up to TPM. Some of their stuff is actually quite good, but the editing (or lack thereof) is atrocious.

just wanted to post a quick update for everybody. I'm super busy until monday shooting this documentary on ufc fighters. so far the production is amazing. honestly, it is on the level of beyond the mat but as an mma movie. the footage I've shot is amazing. I'm already talking to 1 local movie theatre chain in southern california to release the documentary before it goes onto DVD. the production is by far my best piece of work ever. when I release the trailer next week you guys will be shitting in your pants.

That documentary is fair old though, but it's one of the best documentaries ever imo, I dunno man, you ain't half setting your standards high.
If it gets as good reviews as Beyond the Mat, I'll buy it, as I don't watch too much UFC.

I dont even want to compare it to beyond the mat but its frighteningly scary how similar the 2 documentaries are in so many ways. I don't know what else to compare it to.
main difference that makes it so much better than beyond the mat is that my documentary is about a real sport, not sports entertainment.

Negative: Too much light tubes, non-existent editing, some bits went on too long.
Suggestions: Instead of having a plug to you in the Info section, everyone shouldve done a three minute interview thingy like the muppets.

I would have liked more interview footage too but muppets wasthe only group to send me footage like that. at least now groups know what kind of footage it takes to make a full section like the muppets, it takes some interview footage.

the group break down list for the % will be figured out soon.
also, I pulled out of my contract with warner vision for australia and new zealand. they wanted both titles but they are delaying toooooo much so I am now listening to other deals for this territory.
it slows down some distribution and revenue for this first payment to the groups but it will be for the better in the end, hopefully for a better distribution deal.
also, the muppets need to contact me.

the checks will be sent out at the end of june. quarters are broken up by every three months of the year, not when something starters. it goes by set months, not anniversaries of release dates.
also, I have a lot of costs and different things going on right now. let me handle things, and you guys calm down. groups will be paid. just be patient.
