HGF Awards

Im pretty sure this has been mentioned before, or something like it but:
Basically I think we should reward groups and people of their achievments over the past year, about HGF.
Each reward will be determined under categories, here's a few I've thought of:

Group Rewards
Best Overall
Most Dedicated (To the HG scene, Their footage, Hardworking etc)
Most Videos Released
Best Newcomer (I guess theres alot)
Video/Promo of The Year
Most Anticipated (Most talked about etc)
Best Skit
Best Stunt
Best Prank
Best Style (Technique, footage, editing etc)
Most Originality
Most Destructional (Graffiti, Explosions, Public, Pranks, Vandalism)
Overall Most Hardcore (Judged off the Variety of the stunts)
Best Teamup (like Retardz and DR, and AB when they merged with MNKY)
Best Performed Hunt/Faceoff Task (Groups faceoff and HG Faceoff)
Most Improved
Most Underrated/Forgotten
Best Comeback (Video, Whole Group)

Stuntmen/Women Rewards
Best Overall Stunt
Best Jump
Best Actor
Most Grossest
Most Hardworker (Editing, helping HGF, etc etc)
Fastest Rising Star
Biggest Bump (Smash, crash through table, etc etc)
Best Stuntman (Lots of stunts, daring etc)

Misc (Around HGF + Stuff)
Best Personality
Best Fag Team Member
Best Mod/Admin

I know theres alot. I just gave as many ideas as possible, and we can change/delete the names and stuff.
I think this is a good idea, we should vote on these in the next couple of weeks, if possible.
Anyone think we should do something like this? I hope so, took me a while to think of them.

Has been done before, and it was done this year. But yeah I guess this could happen, but thats a lot of categories.

Ye, I thought it had been done, but its approaching the end of the year now, so this is the best time.
Also, we dont have to use all the categories, we dont even have to use half of them, I just listed as many as I could, which where relevant.
Hopefully people can get some ideas from them, we can add some, delete some, and change them.

I think we should do this, will be some cool history.

on the subject of awards what ever happend to the stunt of the mounth ordeal everyone like the idea and nothing came out of it and I just thought about it.so er yeah is it going to happen or not?

Well im going to anyway...I'm gonna vote for Theo for "Best Style", mainly because I think he has an unbelievable original and effective style of editing, I've never seen anything like it anywhere.

And, this may sound ghey, but I'm gonna nominate UW for most improved, because since the massive breakup a few months ago, Ben holding it together in hope that UW would improve, Oli leaving and the inviting of Me, Tom, Theo and Ashley into UW...If you compared footage from then, to footage from now, you'd know what I'm talking about

I think it shouldn't be a poll, just forum members posting what they think to each catagory.

Don't really care to compete man. Not trying to be hella rude, I'm just not personally interested in being in "HG awards".

Ok, yeah, I typed out as many categories as I could, so people can see what different Ideas we can have, I never even wanted to use them all anyway, theres just too much, like I said before.
Same with the name of them, like I said I just briefly jotted them down, like "Most Overall Hardcore" thats not really a good name, as I know, I was just trying to get the point through, you know.

Also I was just suggesting the voting system, I never really thought about it.

We need to pick the categories we want in, and then nominate a member, like Jones said, I think that would be cool.
So like "best stunt", Say I nominate Jones, I will write about Jones, and post the categories I want him to be nominated in, is that what you mean Jones??

I think everyone is like making this harder than it sounds.
We need to decide on the best categories to use, then find out who wants to nominate who for any award, then gather all the nominies together and vote for them.

Might not be the best way, but we just really need to get the final categories first, before we go further.

Although, this isnt really competing is it? Nobody knew about this really, and its fun too, will be good to look back on, dont you think?
