well I have to be out the house by march, so thats 7 months, but ithere is no lease cause thye don't wanna gimmie one, just a thing to sign to say that we wont fuck the house up and they will take care of most things like boiler breakdowns n shit.
and ill get them to set the net up when I move in, hope you do decide to move in fairly soon cause im moving in 2 weeks

ah right well I know that you can get monthly leases so it wont be a problem also if we are cheeky as fuck we can get a year long one then just say we are dissatisfied with the service and we want to cancel, FUCK YOUR !" MONTH AGREEMENT!!!
and I dunno bout othe rpeople staying long term landlord would have to meet em but meh we'll see when the time comes
