Yeah bro, 20 minutes on the treadmill to burn unnecessary carbohydrates I consume. Then I work out 2 muscle groups a day, I go 6 times a week and work the 2 muscle groups 2 times a week. I do 4 sets and rep till I can't lift another rep. My legs are already lifting the max weights on the machine and I bench around 5 - 10 kilos more per session. I'm enjoying this part because I know it won't last, the first month is where you grow like fuck and after that it is harder.
Also ensuring I consume plenty of protein and eat an extra 500 calories a day otherwise your muscles have nothing to build muscle mass with and will burn themselves.
