Double post, but I'm actually in a state of shock. Finally, after the first request was made in December 2007, after months and months of complaints, lack of labels through post or email, call centres that spoke every language known to man apart from English, my Xbox has just been picked up for repair. Fair enough, this morning all the courier did was deliver an empty box with no labels, but after I rang up and literally screamed at the call centre staff, the same courier came back and took the console away. I've even got a pick up receipt.
I don't believe it. Has Microsoft actually pulled its thumb out of its arse and actually become helpful to me after almost 9 months of treating me the biggest twat at the party?
I'm not holding out much hope; I've heard the stories about consoles coming back still not working or even literally broken into bits. But this is the first time it's actually left my house, which is a massive step.
