Some dopey bitch slammed into the back right corner of my car while I was making a left today. She was such a fucking ditz. She was one of those "Ohmygawd!" type of girls, but the factors from the whole thing just make ME look like the asshole. Here's the story: I had plenty of room to make the turn. I stopped and signaled and everything. I make the turn and everything looks alright. I'm almost completely through the intersection when this bitch comes speeding outta nowhere. I hear her honk and then a big fucking crunch as she hit the back of my car pretty much in the rear right wheel and behind it. So I'm considered at fault because I made the left and that's considered a failure to yield regardless of the bitch's reckless driving. And, on top of that, it was her 21st birthday and she was on the way to her birthday dinner. On top of that, her boyfriend was in the passenger seat with a broken hip he sustained not too long ago in another car accident he was in. All I needed was an orphan boy and a nun in the back seat and I'd be the biggest scumbag in the world by the looks of it. But the cop told me not to worry about it because the guy was an asshole. (Those were the cop's word exactly.) And also that, even though he had to give me a ticket for the failure to yield, he hinted that he wasn't planning on going to court date so I could get out of it because I had been through enough already. And apparently it wasn't her first accident either. Figures. But yeah, I'm just really pissed cause I love my car. It's not totaled, so it'll be fixed. I just want the damn car back now...
