I saw a wicked JVC Mini-DV cam for $500 at Harvey Norman. (They're having a CAMERA BLITZ!)
Since I don't have a cam of my own anymore, I really wanted to get it. But it was $500. I only have $300.

My computer wont recognise my camera. I installed the drivers and when I plug it up is says there is no device attatched. I think it is a problem with the dock of the camera but I have no way of knowing for sure.
I have fan videos for WKH, DR and All Balls on there

My computer wont recognise my camera. I installed the drivers and when I plug it up is says there is no device attatched. I think it is a problem with the dock of the camera but I have no way of knowing for sure.

Wehey it works! The videos were imported at 'OK' quality but it is certainly watchable.

Nah it would have been awsome though, cause my head made that thud sound, and then I ragdoll into the bowl, ah well. We got some good footage this weekend, I was told by a cop that I couldnt film him, cool footage.,

Nah I have USB which is why it is OK quality, it was just to get it backed up in any way possible because this computer is known for its shittery.
I'm keeping the tapes until I get a firewire for it. Any ideas where?

I have the EXACT same problem ... What was the codec called...Premire hasent worked for ages...and I cant remember uploading any codec packs....
ALSO
My cams clogged with sand...and it worked for like 5 hours after...then the part witch you open to insert a tape wont close..
it would SEROUSLY help if some one could anwser my quistions.
