dv-in transfers video from your computer back to your camera. I would need that feature to make backups about my edits and footage. But if your older camera that can do that, I wouldnt worry about it.
For the lens, you may have to buy ring adapter to get the lens screwed on that small camera.

I quickly looked hc15 over google. looks pretty much the same cam as 19. It looks bit bigger in pics and I dotn think it has as much pixels, but still seems to be pretty much the same.
I suggest you do more searching and asking before making decision though.

thanks man
the thing is that the store I want to purchase the dcrh15 is having some great deals and that camera is the last one in the store
and I got a sweet deal on it 370 $
do you think this is a good cam?
and another thing...I cant pay online at all and in the same store they have some lenses but a good lense coasts more then 100$ is it a ripoff or a good lense?

post link to lens, but yes lenses often cost over 100.
But that ryanox snap on is cheap. Also the other popular HG lens is cheap, like 45 bucks.. the one boner has? somebody post.

Image file not present in the recovered backup whats the diffrence between the 100$ lense and a 30-43$ lense?
I know that webbys lense is awesome and I wish I could know the name of it...whats the raynox like?

webby has raynox qc303, its great I have it too. ripoff ahs two. Its cheap 30-40bucks. ANd the effect is great, no vignetion (usually at least). But its snap on. so its "snapped" on the camera, its pretty relaible so rumbling wont loose it but collision makes it drop.
and difference with 100-30buck lenses. for homegrown? nothing really... in my opinion, I dont really know that much about lenses.
But I luw my qc303
