raynox wont fit that cam you want extazy, I think. you need 25mm lens step up ring, so get one of those if you get a fisheye.

The DCRHC19 features a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, with a 20X Optical Zoom capability and a filter diameter of 25mm.

If it's the lens I'm thinking of, it wont, because it's a clip on. You need a screw on one with a step up ring of 25mm.

I like sony´s HC series, its HxC!

Things that appeal to me: Its small, damn small. I think it would fit in my pocket and I could carry it everywhere I go. Its sony so it should have nice picture quality. Its not 3ccd though, but cheaper. And I think I remeber Weak saying he would choose sony over panasonic 3ccd. All in all, should be good "basic cam"

Cons: Its small, I like to film with "medium size" cameras, just to get feel of it. Doesnt really matter though.

And its not pro, it misses plugins like analog in (should check if it misses dv-in, becasue you really want dv in).

And it misses "pro pic features" like "gain" and "focus ring" etc. that you have in your vx 2000.

But if you want basic cam, I think I would go with it.

For lenses. Raynox should be reliable trademark. But for skating, probably should go with roll on, not with snap on like raynox qc303. An dyou need to check the size too, otherwise it wont fit.

thanks for the help vode
the thing is that I need a good minidv camera that can film in a dark and got some nice colors
second is I need it for a 3 angle camera and for skating

what do you think...this camera would work good?

and for the lense yeah I need the best wide angle I can get cause its mainly for skating...whats the price of a good lense?

So the camera would be the third one and you have all your "pro features" in other cameras? (I again point out dv in is very handy). So you need jsut good basic cam for prize 400-500? Then I would go for that cam.

K, I checked some info about the cam. It lacks dv-in, which would be biiig minus for me, but if you have other cam with it, you wouldn need another.

It also lacks memorycard palce, but if you dont need taht either...

What prizes are looking for the lens?

why do I need a dv in feature?
and for the lense something like 30-60 $
dunno if the lense worth the money il take it

dv-in transfers video from your computer back to your camera. I would need that feature to make backups about my edits and footage. But if your older camera that can do that, I wouldnt worry about it.

For the lens, you may have to buy ring adapter to get the lens screwed on that small camera.
