I got a letter from Blueyonder saying over the next few months I'm getting a complementary speed upgrade from 2mb/s to 10mb/s.
And my 'upstream speed' will increase from 256k to 384k...
Is this the same for anyone else?
And oh am I happy

I have 2.2mbps with BT....
I shant be getting upgraded for a while, I pay £25 a month, and it was originally 512k, but cos it's a contract I can't quit it, so they upgraded all £25 a monthers to 2.2...
26 September 2005, 20:26 UTC#22
What's the fastest connection for the U.K?
is it 4mb or something?
I have 512k now, could someone reccomend me a good service to use, as I could benefit with a faster connection.
26 September 2005, 20:27 UTC#23
Yeah, I think bulldog do a 4mb connection.
I would recommend NTL because they can offer you a 1mb service for £9.99 Image file not present in the recovered backup

26 September 2005, 22:00 UTC#28
To be honest I didn't even realise that ntl had upgraded from 300k to 1mb until someone told me. But downloads are def faster now, though buffering still sucks cock.
26 September 2005, 22:02 UTC#29
