I have a cable modem that's suppose to get 3mb/s but I only download at 31.7kb/s and upload at 16kb/s
I dunno if I'm getting ripped off or my computer network card is a POS. I called them and they said nothing was wrong at their end. so I dunno. I deal with it until I can get a job and get something better maybe.
