It's the weakest george romero zombie flick, but still beats the fuck out of the zombie movies that have come out in the past few years. Why would anyone remake dawn of the dead, I'll never understand, the original is fucking gold surrounded with diamonds

I loved the remake. It was very well done.

A History of Violence looks awesome. It's a David Cronenberg film.

I think the mainstream production companies got the best of Romero's final installment in the Dead series. I havent seen it, but in the preview they used this shitty generic metal-rock music. Horror films that use mainstream metal music always suck dick. I swear..its a fact. It turns films into hour long music videos. Just look at the soundtrack for House of The Dead, the worlds worst movie ever.

Well...this video is coming out on DVD soon so Im looking forward to seein it either way.

Here is a heads up for zombie fans...theyre making the following -

Flight of the Dead - Zombies on an airplane

House of the Dead 2 - worlds worst move part 2

28 Weeks Later - Awesome!

I thought the remake was decent, and I'll always give a new horror movie a bit more leeway. However I wouldn't have make the film in the first place and it didn't live up to the original in the least. If you don't feel like comparing it to the original then it was one of the better zombie flicks in recent memory. Especially the quality of the 3 stage corpses
