Well I went to the movies last night to see this movie. Has anyone else seen it?
I give it a 6 out of 10, The movie was kinda cool, as it wasn’t one of those gay “there has been a outbreak etc†the movie started you off, with a world full of zombies and a hand full of people trying to survive in a city they have barricaded.
There is a good amount of gore, and people being fucked up by the zombies, but the odd thing is now the zombies can now think.. so yup one or two of them know how to fire a gun (but not many ppl was killed by a zombies gun as it would have been so shit)
The only thing that let this movie down is nothing really happened, Main people survive, main zombies still survive, nothing big really happened!
And the only thing that pissed me off big time, it didn’t even make me jump, not even some bitches sat in front of me!

I was gonna go see it, but heard bad things, so I'm waiting for it to come out on video. I heard george romero had a way bigger budget to use in this one than his others.. did it show at all?

yeah... as he didnt let us down on the flesh eating.
He even had a shot of a zombie putting his hand down somones mouth and pulling out there insides.. yum.
Also there is a full shot of a guy getting ate alive and everything beeing pulled out of him (but there was not much of it in the movie) so I think its gana be on the dvd

can't fuckin wait, I watch movies for the effects, and sometimes let horrible plots slide if they can back up with effects, like war of the worlds.

Im such a loser. I made a thread for this on ckf before the movie was even in pre-production. I was so amped to see it, but when it came out I never did. I don't know...it didnt look the way I thought it would be and I lost motivation. Im off to bed...but I would like to read some reviews from those who saw it so Ill check this thread tomorrow.

I got a pirated copy of it while on holiday in turkey couple of months ago. its was ok, I prefer shaun of the dead to be honest.

The film is Ok..
Its nto as good as resident evil and Dawn of the dead..
5/10 for me.

I saw it last night too. Wasn't too bad, but wasn't anything special.
Was good to see Sex Machine in the film, was kinda expecting it. And was that guy from Everybody Loves Raymond in it too?

It's the weakest george romero zombie flick, but still beats the fuck out of the zombie movies that have come out in the past few years. Why would anyone remake dawn of the dead, I'll never understand, the original is fucking gold surrounded with diamonds

Are you kidding me? The longest Yard is already out on dvd over here. But, I think A History of Volence isnt even in theatees here. And Shark Boy and Lava Girl been on dvd for about 2 weeks now over here.
