I think ya have a good point there... but if it was a game like Res Evil.... I think I would crap my pants if it had all the sound and things from RE1.... God damn just thinking about it scares me.

yeah it would be.... that game id play...
What I think would be cool is if they had football (Soccer) games where you had the sort of skills they have.... not sure how it would work... but if you could do the stuff they can (Or better). As soon as VR can do that... I think were all screwed. There was this book I read years and years ago about this type of thing.... It was a real good read.

Id definitley rape girls. Absolutely. If they resisted, id kill them, then continue raping them. I wouldnt use a knife ever. Thats to gross. And if it would be as real as you say it would be, I wouldnt want to be a situation where I could get hurt. So probally just killing with guns. I wouldnt kill kids persay. Maybe from a distance.

As for the question, I'd say I would most probably play, and enjoy this game. In therory the game sounds rather interesting, playing the role of a serial killer in an imanginary yet real world. Although I'm not one for snuff films and the like, I immensely enjoy violent movies and computer games. If I was to witness the surreal, yet gruesome violence of the game I might be initally shocked, but I'd re-assure myself that this was in fact a game, and was made for entertainment.
Men and Woman have killed for thousands and thousands of years, it's built into the human psyche. I can't really see why animated, but realistic violence would mentally scar you to the point of derangement.

Its basically the same as actualy GTA... the fact its just a game keeps it within the same limitations as the PS2 or PC versions... You would still be just as sadistic playing actualy GTA...

exactly, we may have morals, but when we know somethings not real, we'll try anything, and don't lie.
I'm not saying I'd sickly enjoy it and laugh and rub blood all over me face and eat some guts, but yes, I'd kill someone in the game, maybe not a massive rampage, I think about it and it just seems crazy, I can do it on GTA with a controller, I dunno about VR, but I wouldn't be able to kill unless I got really pissed at someone, so I'd taunt the person a lot first until they hit me or something, but since there's no pain, I'd just use it as a reassurance. he hit me first, so I stab him in the face.

If you were too play this game and it was as real as reality itself, where would your brain draw the line between the game and real life? Do you think that by playing it enough and killing enough people for whtever reason, if soemthing happend in real life could it trigger you to do soemthing that in the game would be ok?

exactly, you may get an urge to ram someone while driving if they pull out in front of you, or shoot someone in the face who's being annoying in public, but that's just natural instinct, normal people can control it.

I have always wanted to know what it would feel like to kill someone, but the only reason I wouldn't want to kill someone would be because there would be a huge amount of guilt attached, but if its in a game and its not real, than there is no guilt attached, so I wouldn't have any problem with it.
