okay there are a few things to keep in mind when planning and performing a self inflicted stunt
first off there not called "pain" stunts or somthing gay like that, all stunts involve a certain amount of pain usually by somthing like a table, or even another team mate
what makes self infliction differn't is the mind over body thing, pushing past the pain, you are doing it to yourself and thats what put alot of people off
no matter what you think, no one just starts off doing somthing thats amazing, or even film worthy, it takes alot of learning your body's limits before you can try things that are really crazy
first off, learn about the parts of your body that are easy to pierce
-the skin right past your finger nails
-the calecus on your hand feet or any other part of your body
-the top of your arms
those are the best to start of with, use straight pins or even safty pins, there thin and long, perfect for beginers
after you get that down and you can do it no problem (there is always gonna be pain but you just have to learn to push past it)
next try staples, use a regular office stapler, the easiest places for this is
-forarms
-top of your legs (above the knee)
-your pecks
remember don't tense up, it can cause alot of problems
if you get both of these things down easy (remeber don't push your self to do this, if your attracted to these kinds of stunts there usually right for you, if you just want to try I don't recomend it)
you should try mouse traps, there really inexpensive (about 8 for a dollor at your local dollor store) there are easy places to mouse trap as well
-sides of your palms
-the bottom of your fingers
you can move pretty fast with mouse traps, alot faster than with anything else cause it's all about the hesitation if you get past that every thing else is easy
thats it for the basics, if you found this tutorial at all insightful leave comments saying so and I will do a part 2 with more advance self infliction
