Just some little breaking news here. One of the wrestlers in 101 Reasons Not To Be a Pro Wrestler is threatening me with lawsuits over the DVD. Little does he know that my release form covers my ass from all the threats he is making but he is very pissed off. I respected this wrestler until today but after he threatened me over the phone, I can't stand the guy. My lawyer actually wants him to sue me so that the case gets thrown out of court so that he can counter sue. Hopefully the situation gets iced out soon but I'm not liable at all so I am not concerned.

a. using him on the box cover (which the release form says I can do)
b. ruining his "brand name" which isn't true at all, have a release form from him signed. he had no content editorial control, nothing.
it's all legit right on my end
plus the release form that he signed says that he can never sue me, any subisdaries, assignees, etc.
the guy is just pisssed off and only time can heal that

Another question I have for you wrestling fans here is, would you remove a famous wrestler from the dvd before it is distributed or would u just leave him in it? I did respect the guy but after talking to him on the phone twice for this the respect is gone out the window....

I'll post an update on Monday. The groups that are still in the process of getting their footage organized need to send it out as soon as they can. The sooner it is sent out the sonner the production will be finished.

I might use the best of the IAITH footage in it, we haven't filmed enough new stunt shit, but yeah.. There's a good chance.
