I actually have Short Bus footage from a while ago and I still have Keatz's phone number. All the guys are in college now so they don't do it anymore.

The groups are getting 30% of the revenue split up between them depending on how much footag they have in the DVD. The more footage they have, the bigger % of royalties that group gets paid.

I was told that I should try to get in touch with the groups below about getting them in the DVD. Can anybody on here help me put them in touch with me or give me their contact info?

Somebody that knows who all the groups gave me their name. Maybe they are a second group with the same name or maybe he made a mistake. Not sure.

Just to answer a few questions because several people are still asking me about this.

Yes, one of the editors that edited the Lord of the Rings DVD bonus sections will be the editor of the Homegrown collection DVD. He did editing on the first Lord of the Rings DVD and the Two Towers DVD. He's also done work on other major movies. So in terms of editing quality, you know the DVD is going to be something great. That is a for sure lock.

The groups with footage featured in the DVD will get a % of the revenue - royalties. 30% of the revenue is going back to the groups featured in the DVD. The money between the groups will be split up like this. If the DVD runs 100 minutes and a group has 20 minutes of footage in the DVD, 20 minutes of 100 is 20% so they will recieve 20% of the money that is distributed amongst the groups. This is just an example though. The DVD might be longer than 20 minutes and for all I know 1 group might only take up 5% or 10% of the total time. That is unknown right now but will become more clear once some editing of the production is completed

From the info I´ve read I havent been convinced this will work, I didnt like the songs I´ve heard and I dont like the way this dvd is made.

Sending footage is up to you. The DVD will work, I can garauntee you that. Nothing like this has been made before. Rather than read petty arguements on the board you're better off just asking me questions or calling me and discussing this production. I'm also recieving music from about 30 groups in the next 2 weeks so music will be handled and the music will be good. You probably like commercial music, famous bands but that music is expensive to license and for content like this can be hard to get permission to use. So I'm using indy bands.

Not sure why you don't like how I'm making the DVD. Maybe I'm too lenient for your taste but I don't want to come off as an over controlling producer. I want to be somebody that is easy to work with that you guys can trust. I know that this DVD is being made strictly from your footage so I want you guy's to feel that this is your DVD and that you have some input into the production. Some of you might not like how I'm doing this production but I want to be easy to work with and respect what you guys are doing at the same time by making the DVD possible. I know that taking this gamble with me is not something you all are 100% sure about but you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain and my hope and goal is for everybody to gain a lot from being involved in the DVD.
