Disclaimer- one that works

Right, weak you may be able to help me, and other forum members here.

Most groups nowadays have a disclaimer, but this is most likely to have been stolen off of either another groups site, or is only relevant to the U.S. I also heard that this disclaimer is false, and some of it is not true.

My question is does anyone know of a disclaimer that can protect groups (as much as possible) within the U.K.
Preferably one that is not false too.

I don't think the disclaimer on ny site is reall, but most have originated from LNDLs site which was Mikey and Doyle that made that, and they're from the UK, so guess it could work.

we didn't steal our disclaimer...Aaron made it up...but reading it I doubt very heavily that you could tell...Disclaimers are just warnings anyway...they don't have to be a legal document or anything...if you have any sort of warning on your shit nobody can do anything....regardless of wherther or not its in the UK or US...

yep I definitly stole our disclaimer from freak inc, and im pretty sure they took theres from someone else.

FROM US! I had my computer nerd freind make me a legal disclaimer almost 9 months ago now everyone has the same one.

I need to know the same thing aswell.... does nobody know where to find on that would work for the UK or that I could copy off another team (provided I have their permission ofcoarse...)

Nah I can't be arsed reading disclaimers, theyre about 1000 words long or something, if I read every disclaimer I would have lost about 8 days of my life.

I would think the same disclaimer would work for Canada as it would for the states... do you have one made up WEAK.... or do I even need one on my site? Canada's pretty loose on that sort of thing... but I guess it's better to be safe the sorry.
