Yeah it isnt really that strict here either, its just law, nobody controls it

And the crrime isnt playing, but handing it out to a minor. Its illegal to buy alcohol FOR minors, its illegal buy r game FOR minors. The buyer commits a crime when he gives it to someone underage. At least in finland.

Nah, Cigarets and alcohol is for 18years and older. But getting hold of those items hasnt been problem for me after I turned thirteen
