I dont think HG will be the same without you. But with what you have been though knowone can blame you.

When I saw you it was one of the things I asked you and when you said you was staying I could not believe you would.

Id love you to stay to tell you the truth, but I understand if you cant.

I definetly understand. I thought you would have quit straight away. In the end homegrown is JUST a hobby, well for 99% of us anyway. We are not making worthwhile money out of this, if any. If we were we wouldn't be here. The point is, you wouldn't want a hobby to totally ruin your life, as it has here. Man, I would expect you to leave this behind you, and repair your life. But good luck man whatever path you choose to follow. Maybe you will come back in a few years and say hello, I dunno, but you have my best wishes..

yer I understand, and im real sorry for him and everyone affectd by this, but in the end of the day it started out as a hobby, and I can understand that he may have wanted a career through his stunts, but there comes a point where you have to stop and think, is it really worth it? But anywho, best of luck webby, and how is shellz doing btw?

today I was thinking alot about this. its my life, im 21 this winter...iv pland my life so far ahead that has to do with this, all I can say is ill take it as it comes but at this moment I dont want to let go.

the thing is I live this shit, if I stop it would be a totaly life changer and I wouldnt be the same person as I am now...if I gave up this id only move onto motocross or back to bmx and thats still got its high risks also....I cant help to be crazy its in my blood from both sides of the family. so why not be creative with it...as much as I feel it would be right to walk...I cant..I havnt even finished my dvd yet and thats one goal iv set my mind on for the past 3 years. if I throw that away I have nothing...I end up with less then I started. if I get it finished (not the way I wanted but I cant help that) then atlest I could walk away with somthing to hold to my name and br proud of.

for years nothing made me happy...video games filled that spot for a few years but this truly made me feel alive and made me feel like someone different but be me to the fullest.

I will have to walk away one day. but at the moment this isnt my time at all.

Man, you have my upmost respect. I wish that I could possibly get anywhere near you are in hgf, if not stunts then at least editing. I will always remember your great example you have set us, whether you leave or not. You are THE biggest inspiration for me on hgf, a person who puts his life on the line and goes that extra step just to entertain people. And even when things do fuck up one day and you get badly hurt, you don't run, but you stay, and fight the injury to get back to what you love doing. Your video you made as well was so emotional, I don't even know you but it made me think that if I could ever be as good as you, well, its just my final goal to be like you. And you can be sure that I will buy the DVD, no matter what. Shaun.

And webby, I’ve just read This Post You made back in February, before we even knew about this online community. Man, my views about how you are my best inspiration on hgf and virtually my idol have just been doubled over in strength. Just the way you wrote that, and what was contained in it just showed me you can only be as good as you with hard effort and putting HG before yourself. I pledge to try my hardest, over the next few years, to become something like what you made yourself. I probably won't, I know, but if you do ever leave, just keep in the back of your mind, and possibly see back in a few years, I dunno, to see if I did ever turn out to be any good.
It reminds me of the days, as you say in your article, where you had just seen jackass the movie (for me it was only half a year ago), and you looked at them and saw a whole different look at life. You realised how just fucking around could entertain other people. You wanted to just get out and do something crazy, which started off for us as bush jumping, pier jumping e.t.c. Those were the things that just pumped us up at the time and made us feel alive. Now we are going for bigger things, bigger stunts. From now on I will go all out. I WILL make the best of my time before I hit adulthood, so I can look back when I am 30 and think, wow, I was, stupid! Respect again webby. Shaun

I would definitely understand, I will never be able to know exactly what you are going through, and I wont even pretend. Maybe Id mess around later one with skits or something and just not take things that seriously, other than that, I'd probably let it go.

Personally Id focus my attention away from stunts, and more skits, and I'd edit up the Retardz dvd, and sell it to the max. Then concentrate on other filming things after that but not stunts
