Jackass-top100 - 101

The jackass-top100 list is partially run by a guy called "Michael Moody" in the early days I had dealings with this guy and their intentions seem to be bad. They will get copyright of your clips once you send them in and pay you nothing, furthermore it will take around 2 years to be produced. If you receive e-mails asking for footage, I reccomend you don't comply as you will gain nothing and lose rights to use that footage in a DVD.

I am in no way involved with the Jackass top 100 website. They just sent out some emails for me to their groups that is it.

What I'm doing with this DVD is totally legit and you're going to be paid for your footage.

I don't copyright your footage. I use your footage in the DVD and you own the rights to your footage even though it is in the DVD. I suggest you guys check the facts.

It's just some up front money so they know everything is legit. They'll be making a lot more money off the back end of the DVD if it sells well.

How I didn't get any upfront money when I was one of the first people to send you footage?

I'm only giving up front money to 10 groups that everybody said were the best groups. If I didn't get the group triple referenced by other guys on the board I wouldn't be able to pay up front money because if I paid up front money to all groups sending footage it would put me way over budget.
