I just got back from wal-m,art to test it, I played three demos, King Kong, COD2, and Kameo. I was highly dissapointed but I expected that lol. The graphics were good but still not as good as current pc graphics, it also felt sluggish in some areas. The ai was horrible in all games aswell.

So would you buy a XBOX 360 after your demo? Or do you think it was just the games.

yeah. 3 left now. I am sure we will see one or two more soon..

But Sony and M$ are new really... Only old school one is Nintendo.

It's always been 3. Playstation will always do good because of the wide market it appeals to. Nintendo does good because of it's reputation, and cause it's the best. MS and Sega always flop.

I think MS had a very succeful time with the XBOX

but the quality wasnt as good as Sonys

sony has also had a problem with the CD drive in the PS2's

xbox 360 I think pwns any Console based system out AT THE MOMENT I WROTE THIS

but PS3, in terms of preformance will fucking pwn XBOX
but thats the 800$ model, which you could by two $400 XBOX 360's

I think this time around the XBOX is better. Most homes have computers now... and most have quite new computers (Well most people who would buy a XBOX) and you can fully link the xbox to the computer... And I am sure loads of apps will come out with some funky things like making your xbox into a Home System so you can get rid of your DVD player for good and everythin else... prob also will be hacks so you can link up games and stuff.

And as both are M$ it will work nice also.

And why has it always been 3? It was 4-5-6-7+ jsu tawhile ago. When 32bit came out shit loads of companys came out. Remember the Com 32i? Atati? Sega? And in the 70s=80 shit loads

We can now get Gamecubes here for 90 bucks with some new kind of Mario racing game.. pretty good deal I guess.

can I just say, for those who discredit sega, they pwned the market for like 6 years before the ps1 came out, it pissed on everything else.

its just the saturn licked balls and thus the company went into making games and not consoles.

Yeah, Sega was THE console (Mega Drive or whatever you Yanks call it), I never had one, but I wanted one. Sonic still owns to this day

Well, I am going to finally buy one. I went round a friends who has one, and that sort of pushed me over the edge. I will be able to afford an Xbox 360 and a PS3 on the job I am on, so I am happy

OK so this was released in OZ 2 nights ago. Ended up grabbin one last night with Ghost Recon.

This console is fucking awesome. Plugged it into the Bravia and I was blown away by its HD picture detail. The dashboard is amazing.

Played Ghost Recon for a bit and its just fucking mindblowing.

Fuck Ive been playing so much GRAW on Live. Cant get enough of it.

You got GRAW yet Leroy?

I also picked up Perfect Dark Zero and PGR3 for like 20bucks each AUD at this 360 promo thing down the beach here. Fucking stoked!
