And the general health and extra years of life.

I would'nt mind living 60 years instead of 70. I'm having a hard time seeing how people can have fun after they turn 40... It all seems so old and wrinkly.

I'll take as many years as I can get. :S

This is all that I'm getting might as well get the most out of it.

you could devote your life to serving God, and you can have eternal life.

I'd rather live a godless, fulfilling life than a God-filled wasted life.

I'd rather everyone in the country pay for eachother. Although I would say that I've never had to pay taxes in my life in a job.

:D

Have you ever had a "job"?

I dunno, seems like taxes are the governments cure all. I have lots of beefs with the way things work over here, mostly with the police and legal system though.

cops be pulling burners over anything, unarmed retard shot by shotgun by police officer. guy got some paid vacation.

what other job do you fuck up to the point of jail time and death penalties, but instead get paid vacation?

I have done work, yeah. Always cash in hand.

doing work and having a "job" are two diff things.

interviews, set hours, money out of the pay check, not being paid in cash, are all things real job's usually entail.

Well I worked in a chinese restaurant every night for two years, and got cash in hand every night.

If that counts as a job.

if you count the chinese as people, and holding them up to reach things as "work" then yeah you got me.

Well, I quit for three years and only just lapsed last week, only smoking low strength though.
I managed to quit cold turkey, but I was using weed as a substitute, which worked out fine until I wanted to quit weed... Now I'm off weed and back on Ciggies, just substituting one for the other.

I think my main problem is that we mix tobacco with our weed over here, so I was still getting a hit of nicotine each day, just not via cigarettes.

Anyway, good luck with remaining abstinent.

If you're just tight for cash, switch to rollies. I've started this year and it saves me so much money. Then again, I'm more of a social smoker anyways.

Rollies are for fucking fiends.

No way man, they're for people who don't want to spend a fortune everytime they buy cigarettes. Plus, if you buy the good kind, it smells and tastes much better than a chemical ridden Marlboro. That's changing soon in America though, they're jacking up the taxes April 1st. Right before it gets warm out and smoking is fun again, fuckers. I just know I'll be drunk one night and wind up buying a pack for a rip off price.

It's pretty easy to quit if you do it cold turkey though. I haven't smoked more than 5 cigarettes in the past 2 months. After about 3 days the addiction part is gone and its just trying to redirect your brain to want other shit because its so used to just lighting up a cigarette.

My dad smoked for like 20 years and quit cold turkey when his doctor said he was going to die.

I wish my doctor would tell me that. Would make it so much easier to go cold turkey. I'm not particularly worried about my health, and the damage I'm doing to myself because of smoking, but if death was knocking on my door anytime soon I would probably stop.

I was on my last one, and this girl grabbed it and fucking threw it in my beer and I had the mindset that that was my last one and it was robbed from me, so I brought a pack and got drunk and smoked them all the same night :S

But Im trying to cut back hardout.

True that, 3 days and nicotine addiction is gone, and my addiction is pretty weak anyways. But cant really say that it is easy to alter your brain to want something else than delicious ciggies.... I usually smoke only when Im drinking. Or if Im really stressed or pissed of about something.
