Come on guys, cut this guy some slack. This is supposed to be a supportive community and I know from experience that all kinds of shit come up in the final stages of finishing a DVD. You'd think it's just editing, rendering and then duplicating the discs but most of us who get to that stage do it for the first time so allow them to do some mistakes and stop being impatient. We're all more or less masters of editing but when you get to the DVD producing stage, that's when the unexpected and the technical shit starts.
edit: That said I'm not 100% sure about what the discussion here is haha, but I think we all know Duran's no scam artist. So just be cool and laid back like I know you are..

True. Eventhough I dont remember us really having any problems like this? and we could've managed everything a whole lot smoother and better. But I still kinda agree with you.

I don't get why everyone so excited about this dvd, after watching the trailer it just seems like any other dvd promoted on here... I'm more looking forward to ABV dvd after seeing their trailer.

I gave a full refund back to my friend, as they had to buy me a different xmas present. I saw the video months before I recently orderd it as you told me many times it would be mailed out by christmas 2008, but I need all the money I can get so I will have to take that $8 back if thats all im intitled too, like I said in the email I'll reorder it at a later date.

Duran is trustworthy guys, I would know. It's a sick dvd and if you ordered it, you'll get it, and it's worth it.
