My only defense is that if you were dead and something miraculously brought you back you wouldn't run at superhuman speeds and be jumping onto cars and shit. It just isn't realistic. (As realistic as it can be, lol.) It makes more sense to be slightly impaired (or even severely) having lost almost all bodily capabilities replacing them only with the urge to eat human flesh and having just enough mobility to get to it. And I consider them running to be more ridiculous rather than scary.

But when it comes down to it, you're all talking about zombies and no matter what your theories are, you're wrong.
