Al being my homie I figured id step in.

the moody jokes are uncalled for and incomparable, considering moody stole everyones footage, and made who knows how much off the dvd that he's still selling. and lied about everything. al in being sincere.

yes it is bullshit that you guys have not got your dvds or a refund yet. but al is trying to correct the problem, offering the download link and such. just try to have some understanding, this dvd shit isnt easy and al got into a jam. Al never had and still doesnt have any intentions of ripping anyone off, and im positive he'll pay everyone back. when? I dont know.

if FMS hasnt spent everyones money yet, then its only afew clicks in his paypal to refund everyone. like he should of done that when he told everyone they wont get the movie they payed for. what was that like over a week ago? with people still requesting refunds he just ignores them.

he then says his mum deletes the file of the dvd, Yet he could get it back with a recovery program or even ask someone on here who has the video to send him back a copy of it.

but No....he declairs it lost for ever. with no way around fixing this problem. and will ignore all solutions mentiond.

Webby, I lost the last edit of the DVD I have a shittier edit I sent to everyone who paid for the DVD. I could burn that to a DVD even though it's low quality but I don't see me doing that because that would be gay.

Well since everyone sent their $ to your PayPal account; it should all be in there ready to be sent back instead of your parents sending it, unless you really did spend it. I'll wait it out so your account doesn't freeze or anything and ruin it for everyone else that needs a refund. Keep us updated though.

I have everyone's pay pal, if you want to pm yours in particular you can but I gave my parents the list of paypals.

and I never said burn the low quality wmv to dvd and sell that. I said have someone you sold the original dvd too send you a copy back (im sure bruce or jones will) and make copys from that and send them out. thats what people payed for. they dont care about an updated version. and like I said use a data recovery program to get the final versions back...whats the problem with doing that?

oh and why isnt everyones money in the account? you must of spent it like prevously accused.

I don't remember saying I didn't spend it? How do you think I got blank dvds and cases, and a camera which got stolen.

I don't know what part of I never burned the final copy to a disc you don't get webby, you seem to think I sold everyone in town the final copy. I sold a copy with less content then the low quality version I sent out to buyers. If I was to get the dvds I sold and rip those and burn those it would be less content then the links I sent out to people that bought the DVD.

Also I don't have my mom's laptop which is what I used to edit the DVD, so I can't recover it as I am 6 hours away.

Btw did Rico ever get those DVDs he bought from you? How long did it take?

these people payed for the original version of no shame you was selling, even after all the bad reviews came in. people still sent you there money. wanting that dvd. you know you could ask someone who has that dvd to send you a copy, all you have to do is just "copy" (not rip or reedit) that and send it to the poeple who payed you. do you understand?
