ebay are cunts, I get emails for items that didnt sell and they say if you relist the item now and it sells we wont charge you for the relisting fee.
so I relist some items I know that will sell and they do sell, so ebay takes two listing fees out my paypal account for each item sold.
Baz, Circa, any help on this matter?

Write to eBay using their Resolution Centre, and tell them what happened, letting them know you have the email they sent you and that you can attach it if they need you to.
They should just cancel the 2nd charge.
