lol I listed an original xbox game with the keyword "360" in the title aswell as "orginal xbox" and even "destruction derby" because the game "flatout" is along the same lines. I put "360" in there because it can be played on an xbox 360, but in the discription it clearly states its an original xbox game. I even typed out some of the cool features the game has to help it sell.

it was sent out thursday and I get a message friday of him complaining it hasnt came yet, so I told him its out of my hands now iv posted it.

now today I get this

QUOTE
the game you listed as xbox 360 game is not even a abox 360 game im not happy

so I replyed

QUOTE
sorry to hear you are unhappy by clicking the Buy it Now button without reading the discripton of this item properly.

it does clearly states in the discription the platform for this game is "microsoft xbox" not "xbox 360" as you asummed it would be.
the photo of the item is also clearly an image of an xbox game and the price is an indercation its not an next gen title. it cost £3.

the discription of the game still stand as what the game is about. its compatible with both so weather you play it on an microsoft xbox or an xbox 360 is down to the buyer.

thanks
-marc

I reacon that reply will piss him off so I think hes going to ask for a refund lol would I be in the wrong to just refund him £2.80 to cover the costs of relisting the item and the postage fee once I get the game back?

lol
mate I wouldnt even offer the refund, you've sold it in the best intentions that the buyer is going to know how to use the item.. I get the same shit from usa buyers when I list uk games then they tell me it doesnt work on their machine, at the end of the day man it's the buyers responsibility to check that their machine is compatible...

also tell him that if he goes to xbox.com he can download a backwards compatibility driver to play (if he cant get his 360 online)
