Could have done, but they would have asked for ID and a cheuqe(sp?) book. Either that or the people in his bank are fucking morons. It is possible to increase the limit temporarily on his card or ATM withdrawals but then also they would have asked for ID. Go into your bank and raise a query on the transactions and they will refund you while htey investigate it. Atleast thats what we do at HSBC.
